He has many passions, and has been involved in Carnival for the past 51 years. It all started at the age of 12 when he experienced playing mas for the first time.

That passion soon developed, and he took on a more active role in Carnival. He has been designing, building, and portraying Senior King costumes for the past 15 years.

Balo, as he is fondly called, also shares his knowledge of the craft of carnival with many focus groups and workshops. He never hesitates to do whatever he can to keep the traditions of the carnival craft alive by passing on to the upcoming generations.

At the age of 63 his passion grows stronger and he would love to see Carnival develops into more than it currently is.

He looks forward to supporting the culture of our great nation for as long as he possibly can.
